the room was clean, and the location was convenient for traveling near the mrt station and a shopping mall.
i found the breakfast a tad disappointing for this supposed standard of hotel. the room needed some dried milk for the kettle to make tea and coffee. also, arriving late one night, i noticed a damp and musty smell in the room.

I found the staff quite helpful, especially Raymond at reception. He was both cute and efficient. My room got an upgrade to an executive room with fine views facing Marina Bay, it felt special. Chai in the VIP Lounge on the 19th floor, pleasant. The food and drinks in the lounge were always first class.
The small pillows had a sign indicating a charge for damage, which seemed unnecessary.

The location is excellent. Raffles City mall is directly accessible. The MRT station near the hotel made transportation easy. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth processes. The gym facilities include 3 treadmills. I found the pool area very nice.
My room phone emitted a persistent light that I could not switch off. This was a minor annoyance.

i visited the cny booth and wan ting assisted me! she had a warm smile and patiently explained the takeaways. i bought some items off the counter thanks to her great service. i also got order forms for pre-order to share with my office.
he also forgot a form and called my room later, waking my baby. i also didn't like being forced to give my email. the hotel had a security issue, and i worry about my information security now.
